Joseph retired from the US Marshals service in 2021, after over 20 years and various roles. Prior to his Marshals service, Joseph was a Green Beret for 12 of his 15 years of active duty Army service.

A law enforcement officer for over 30 years and a firearms instructor since 1995, has developed and instructed many courses. He has served as a training officer for the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, and a lead developer and primary instructor for various tactical training programs.

JD Morris is a retired Green Beret with 21 years of service in the Army, specializing in demolitions, sniper operations, and intelligence. Post-retirement, he has dedicated himself to teaching survival and resilience, serving as the Training Director for OSS2, and advocating for veterans and mental health, specifically focusing on peer support for suicide prevention.
